First phase:

18/10/2021: launch of the Sciences conf website and distribution of the call for panels

13/12/2021 at 11:59 PM GMT: deadline for sending panel proposals (JCEA would have a dozen 2-hour panels comprising 3 or 4 speakers)

Second phase

09/02/2022: posting of the list of selected panels and opening of the call for individual papers (which fit into a particular panel)

18/03/2022: deadline for sending paper proposals

End of March: selection of individual communications by the SC and feedback to managers on the final composition of their panel. The SC will in fact ensure the proper distribution between the panels of the individual proposals selected.
